2. Compatibility Statement

While our Smart Compatibility System provides brand/model matching recommendations, we do not guarantee 100% compatibility, particularly for third-party modified frames or discontinued brand models. Customers are strongly recommended to consult our support team for compatibility verification prior to purchase.

3. Content Disclaimer

Lens effect illustrations on our website (e.g., polarized lens color rendering) may differ from physical products due to variations in screen color calibration and ambient lighting conditions. These visuals shall not constitute grounds for returns or exchanges.

User-uploaded frame measurement guidelines are for reference only. We accept no responsibility for lens cutting errors resulting from measurement inaccuracies. 

4. Force Majeure

For order delays caused by natural disasters, international logistics restrictions, or supplier disruptions, we will provide timely notifications and alternative solutions, but assume no obligation to provide additional compensation.

Custom lenses shall not be liable for any indirect damages (e.g., loss of profits, data loss) or accidents arising from lens usage (e.g., sports injuries), except where expressly required by applicable law.
